It is fair to say, not only are we huge fans of St Andrews but even bigger fans of Balgove Larder Farm Shop! If you are heading to St Andrews over the festive period, pop in and see all the wonderful food & drink in the farm shop and check out the cafe too.

This week we were invited to the Balgove Night Market in their Steak barn. Great night with so many ‘foodie’ customers knowing a thing or two about artisan food & drink. One of the hot topics was ‘plastics in tea bags’ which has been recently featured in the news. Quite a shock to most people. 2 years ago we went on the search for biodegradable tea bags and we found them! Not only do we supply premium leaf tea but our tea bags can happily go into the food bin with our customer knowing there are no plastics associated with their tea at THOM&TEA.
